Stingray, a cell phone tracker used to gather information on suspected criminals by essentially mimicking a cell phone tower, is being using by police without the knowledge of citizens and without permission from a judge. We look at the privacy issues associated with this mysterious surveillance device, in this Lip News clip with Mark Sovel and Gabriel Mizrahi.
